SHIPPING
Where We Ship
MOONĒA ships from Lithuania to selected European countries, including Iceland, Norway, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, as well as the United States.
Available delivery destinations, shipping methods and applicable charges are displayed at checkout.
Shipping availability may vary by destination. Certain territories, postal codes or addresses may be excluded from delivery.
Order Processing
Every MOONĒA order is thoughtfully prepared and dispatched with care.
Orders are generally processed within 2–3 business days following payment confirmation, excluding weekends and Lithuanian public holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information, where available.
Order processing time is separate from the estimated delivery time.
Delivery Partners
Orders to supported European destinations are shipped using DPD Home Delivery, where available.
For destinations outside our standard DPD delivery network, including certain international destinations, the delivery provider and available service will be determined by the shipping arrangements offered at checkout.
Delivery partners and available services may vary by destination.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:
Lithuania: 2–3 business days
Latvia and Estonia: 2–4 business days
Other supported EU destinations: Approximately 5–9 business days, depending on the country
United Kingdom: Delivery estimates are provided at checkout when available
Iceland, Norway and Switzerland: Delivery estimates are provided at checkout when available
United States: Delivery estimates are provided at checkout when available
These are estimated transit times, not guaranteed delivery dates, and do not include the 2–3 business days required for order processing.
International deliveries may take longer due to customs clearance, public holidays, carrier delays, high shipping volumes or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated according to the delivery destination, parcel weight and available delivery method.
The applicable shipping charge is displayed at checkout before you place your order.
Complimentary DPD Home Delivery within Lithuania is available on orders of €75 or more.
This complimentary delivery offer does not apply to international orders unless expressly stated otherwise.
Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking information after your order has been dispatched.
Please allow a short period for tracking information to become active after receiving your dispatch confirmation.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders delivered within the European Union, applicable VAT is handled in accordance with relevant EU tax requirements.
Orders delivered outside the European Union, including to the United Kingdom, Iceland, Norway, Switzerland and the United States, may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, taxes, customs clearance fees or carrier handling charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless expressly stated as included at checkout, these charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping charge and are the responsibility of the recipient.
The applicable import charges depend on the destination, the value and nature of the goods, and relevant local regulations.
MOONĒA is not responsible for charges imposed by customs authorities or carriers in the destination country.
Customs procedures may affect delivery times. Nothing in this section limits your statutory consumer rights.
Delivery Information
Please ensure that your delivery address and contact information are complete and accurate before placing your order.
If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact info@moonea.eu as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed once it has entered processing or been dispatched.
Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please check your tracking information first.
If you still require assistance, contact info@moonea.eu with your order number, and we will assist you in investigating the delivery.
We will work with the delivery provider to resolve shipping issues and fulfil our obligations under applicable consumer law.
RETURNS
14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Consumers in the European Union generally have the right to withdraw from eligible online purchases within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to applicable statutory exceptions.
For goods, the withdrawal period generally expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.
Consumers in the United Kingdom also generally have a statutory 14-day cancellation right for eligible distance purchases, subject to applicable exceptions.
For purchases delivered to other countries, including Iceland, Norway, Switzerland and the United States, cancellation and return rights depend on applicable consumer law and any additional return arrangements expressly offered by MOONĒA.
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.

How to Start a Return
If you wish to exercise an applicable right of withdrawal, you can use the Withdraw from Contract function available on our website or contact info@moonea.eu with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.
For other return requests, please contact us to discuss the available options and any applicable statutory rights.
Once your request has been received, we will provide the appropriate return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.
Please do not send returns to our registered office address.
Products sent without following the provided return instructions may result in delays in processing your return. This does not affect the validity of a withdrawal communicated in accordance with applicable law.
Returning Your Products
Where the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies, you must return the products without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw.
Please follow the return instructions provided by MOONĒA.
For other returns, applicable deadlines and procedures depend on relevant consumer rights and any return arrangements confirmed by MOONĒA.
Return Shipping Costs
For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the products, where permitted by applicable law and where you have been informed of this obligation.
Where MOONĒA provides a return shipping label, we will tell you the cost before arranging the return. Where legally permitted, the agreed cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.
International returns may require customs documentation or additional handling arrangements.
Where a product is defective, incorrect or otherwise non-conforming and MOONĒA is responsible for the return under applicable law, the applicable return shipping costs will be covered by us.
Condition of Returned Products
You may handle products only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Where permitted by applicable law, you may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for this purpose.
We recommend keeping products and their original packaging in good condition until you decide whether you wish to keep them.
Sealed Products
The right of withdrawal may not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons where the seal has been broken after delivery, provided that the statutory conditions for this exception are met.
This exception is assessed in accordance with applicable consumer law and is not automatically applicable to every opened product.
This does not affect your statutory rights where a product is defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise non-conforming.
Refunds
Where you validly exercise a statutory right of withdrawal, we will reimburse the payments due to you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery method, where required by applicable law.
If you selected a delivery method more expensive than our least expensive standard delivery option, the additional delivery cost will not be reimbursed unless required by applicable law.
Where EU or UK statutory withdrawal rules apply, refunds will be made without undue delay and within the applicable statutory deadline, generally no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise.
Where permitted by applicable law, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned products or you have provided evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.
Where a MOONĒA return label is used for a change-of-mind return, the return shipping cost communicated to you before the return is arranged may be deducted from your refund, where legally permitted.
For returns governed by other applicable laws, refunds will be processed in accordance with relevant statutory requirements and any return arrangements confirmed by MOONĒA.
Partial Returns
If you withdraw from only part of an order, we will refund the amount due for the returned products.
Any applicable refund of the original delivery charge will be determined in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or otherwise does not conform to your order, please contact info@moonea.eu.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue and, where helpful, photographs of the product and packaging.
We will review the matter and provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Where MOONĒA is responsible for the return, you will not be charged the applicable return shipping cost.
Your statutory rights relating to non-conforming goods remain unaffected by the 14-day withdrawal period or any applicable hygiene-related withdrawal exception.
Sale & Promotional Items
Purchasing a product at a reduced or promotional price does not remove your statutory consumer rights.
Eligible sale or promotional products remain subject to applicable withdrawal and consumer-protection rights.
