RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to the exceptions provided by applicable law.
For goods, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the withdrawal period expires.
You can do this by:
Using the Withdraw from Contract function on our website, or
emailing us at info@moonea.eu with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from your purchase, or using our Model Withdrawal Form.
Your withdrawal is made in time if you send your communication before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.
If you use our electronic Withdraw from Contract function, we will send you confirmation of receipt on a durable medium, such as email, without undue delay. The confirmation will include the content of your withdrawal and the date and time it was submitted.
Returning Your Products
After informing us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the products without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal.
Please contact info@moonea.eu for return instructions. We will provide the appropriate return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.
Please do not send returns to our registered office address.
For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the products. Where we provide a return shipping label, the cost will be communicated to you before the return is arranged and deducted from your refund.
Where a product is defective, incorrect or otherwise non-conforming and we are responsible for the return under applicable law, the applicable return costs will be covered by MOONĒA.
Condition of Returned Products
You may handle the products only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for this purpose.
Sealed Products
The right of withdrawal may not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons where the seal has been broken after delivery, where the statutory conditions for this exception are met.
This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise non-conforming.
Refunds
If you validly withdraw from your purchase, we will reimburse the payments due to you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery method, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
If you selected a delivery method more expensive than our least expensive standard delivery option, the additional delivery cost will not be reimbursed.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the products back or you have provided evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Where a MOONĒA return label is used for a change-of-mind return, the return shipping cost communicated to you before the return is arranged will be deducted from your refund.
Model Withdrawal Form
You may also use the statutory Model Withdrawal Form to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Use of the Model Withdrawal Form is not mandatory. You may instead use our Withdraw from Contract function or email us with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw.
