5. PAYMENT

The payment methods available to you will be displayed at checkout.
Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.
All payments are processed through the payment services made available through our online store.

6. SHIPPING
MOONĒA ships worldwide from Lithuania.
Orders are delivered by DPD or DHL, depending on the destination and available delivery service.
Estimated delivery times are:
Lithuania — 1–2 business days
Europe — 5–6 business days
Worldwide — delivery times vary by destination
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs procedures, public holidays, carrier delays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Shipping costs are calculated according to your destination and displayed at checkout before you place your order.
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after dispatch.
Unless a different delivery period has been agreed, goods will be delivered within the period required by applicable consumer law.

7. RISK AND DELIVERY
Where we arrange delivery, responsibility for the goods remains with us until you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, takes physical possession of them, subject to applicable law.
Please ensure that the delivery information submitted with your order is complete and accurate.
If you notice an error in your delivery information, please contact us at info@moonea.eu as soon as possible.

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to applicable statutory exceptions.
For goods, the withdrawal period generally expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.

Your communication must clearly state your decision to withdraw from the contract.
You may also use the model withdrawal form provided on our website, although use of the model form is not mandatory.

9. RETURNING GOODS
After informing us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the applicable goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you notified us of your withdrawal.
Please contact info@moonea.eu to receive return instructions and a return shipping label.
For change-of-mind returns, the direct cost of returning the goods is the customer's responsibility.
The applicable cost of the return shipping label will be communicated to you before the return is arranged and will be deducted from your refund.
This does not apply where MOONĒA is legally responsible for the cost of returning defective, incorrect or otherwise non-conforming goods.
Please do not send returns to our registered office address. Return instructions will be provided separately after your return request has been received.

10. CONDITION OF RETURNED PRODUCTS
You may handle a product only to the extent reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
You may be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for this purpose, in accordance with applicable law.
Sealed Products
The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons where they have been unsealed after delivery, where the applicable statutory conditions for that exception are satisfied.
If you intend to return a MOONĒA bath or foot soak under the change-of-mind withdrawal right, please do not use the product or break its protective seal.
This does not limit your statutory rights where a product is defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise non-conforming.

11. REFUNDS
Where you validly exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, we will reimburse payments received from you as required by applicable law.
This includes the cost of our least expensive standard delivery method applicable to your original order.
If you selected a delivery method that costs more than our least expensive standard delivery option, the additional delivery cost is not refundable.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and within the period required by applicable law. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first, where permitted by law.
For a change-of-mind return using a return label supplied by MOONĒA, the previously communicated cost of that return label will be deducted from the refund.

12. DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
We are responsible for supplying goods that conform to the contract and applicable consumer law.
If a product arrives damaged, you receive an incorrect product, or you believe a product is defective or otherwise non-conforming, please contact:

Please provide your order number and sufficient information for us to assess the issue. Photographs may be helpful where appropriate.
Your rights relating to defective or non-conforming products are separate from the 14-day change-of-mind withdrawal right.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory legal guarantee or remedy available to consumers under Lithuanian or applicable European Union consumer law.

13. PRODUCT USE
MOONĒA products must be used in accordance with the directions and precautions provided with the product.
Please review the full ingredient list before use, particularly if you have known sensitivities or allergies to cosmetic ingredients.
For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. If skin irritation occurs, discontinue use. Keep out of reach of children.
Products should be stored in accordance with the storage instructions provided on their packaging.

14. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT CODES
From time to time, MOONĒA may offer promotional codes, discounts or special offers.
Any additional conditions applicable to a particular promotion will be communicated with that promotion.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
Promotions do not affect mandatory statutory consumer rights.

15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The content of the MOONĒA website, including its branding, trade names, logos, product presentation, photographs, graphics, designs and original written content, is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Nothing on this website grants permission to reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially use protected MOONĒA content without the prior permission of the relevant rights holder, except where permitted by law.

16. PERSONAL DATA
Personal data collected through the MOONĒA website is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.
Information concerning cookies and similar technologies is provided in our Cookie Policy.

17. COMPLAINTS
If you have a complaint concerning an order or product, please contact us so that we have an opportunity to resolve the matter:

Please include your order number and relevant details concerning your complaint so that we can assist you promptly.
We will consider consumer complaints and provide a reasoned response within the period required by applicable Lithuanian law.
Please do not send returns or other parcels to our registered office address. Return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label will be provided separately after contacting us at info@moonea.eu.

18. OUT-OF-COURT CONSUMER DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If you are a consumer and we are unable to resolve a dispute directly, you may have the right to refer the dispute to the competent consumer dispute-resolution body.

The former EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform is no longer in operation and is therefore not referenced in these Terms.

19. APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms & Conditions and contracts concluded through the MOONĒA online store are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
If you are a consumer residing in another country, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protection afforded to you under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms restricts your right to bring proceedings before a competent court where such a right is provided by applicable law.

20. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our business, website or applicable legal requirements.
The Terms applicable to an order are those made available to you in connection with the purchase when the contract is concluded, subject to mandatory law.
The date of the latest revision is shown at the top of this page.
